|Painted in the Swoosh’s signature ‘Volt’ colourway, the Nike Air Max 270 Volt Black boasts a completely redesigned Air unit in the midsole, which appears to be quite similar to the full length bubble seen on the Air VaporMax. Considered to be a lifestyle sneaker with a convenient slip on construction, the Air Max 270 is dressed in Flyknit, with Swoosh branding along the side panels. Subtle “Air” and “270” branding can be seen around the heel portion. Hyperfuse detailing on the mudguard and toe region rounds off the design. The Nike Air Max 270 Dusty Cactus launches as part of the Air Max Day celebrations. This exclusive silhouette borrows an OG colour scheme which works surprisingly well on this contemporary silhouette. Whether or not you’re a fan of this new Air Max model, you’ve got to appreciate this striking colourway.
The Air Max 1 “Curry” one of the most prized general releases in Nike history, is finally making its official return on May 10th. These white, golden brown, and royal blue Air Max 1s don’t have any collaborative partners or crazy limited edition story as its legend grew from the fact it used a great colorway and pristine materials. Originally releasing in 2003, the Curry Air Max 1 is the exemplar of an un-hyped classic – although in 2018 it will likely see much more interest. These are slated to release on May 10th alongside two other Air Max 1 colorways.
The Air Max 98 is enjoying a banner season, arriving in many highly-desired colorways for both men and women. The latest pair to be unveiled is a clean white women’s-only pair with reflective silver accents. The sneaker’s upper features white mesh and leather, with black detailing on the midfoot swoosh and tongue. Silver 3M accents wrap all the way around the leather panel and arrive on the middle lace loops as well for a pop of reflective style. The shoe is tied together with a white midsole, clear full-length Air unit, and a black outsole.
While no images are currently available – based on the color info you can read below – this might be a more black version than the original as well – potentially with a black cage as opposed to Muslin on the first drop. Other iterations of Virgil Abloh’s Presto design are certainly out there, and the upcoming June release could very well look something like what’s pictured here. Stay tuned for updates as they become available and tell us what you think the new OFF WHITE Presto should look like.
